Thresholds frequently has openings for direct care staff working with adults in a group home setting and children in their homes as well as those trained in Social Work and Administrative positions.

Current Openings

Direct Care: Looking for summer work or into the fall or longer?  On call-positions available, 2nd and 3rd shifts providing direct care to adults who are developmentally disabled that live in group home setting. Can work up to 40 hours weekly, if hours are available. Valid driver’s license with good driving history and three years driving experience preferred. Paid training provided/required. Respite Care Aide: Home-based, Part-time work.  Days, Evenings, Weekends in Kent County with adults with developmental disabilities.  Assisting with personal care will be needed and physical management may be needed. Experience with direct care or study in the human services or education preferred.  Pay rate: $8.20.  Paid training provided/required.
